Technical Sales (Part Time or Full Time)

Adelaide CBD Computer Retail Store

The primary objective of the Technical Sales is to work with inside sales teams to sell computer products and solutions.  You will provide outstanding customer experience by identifying customer needs or requirements and quoting appropriate products or solutions. Also, you will need to provide technical support such as system assembly or troubleshooting.

Requirements are:

·        Mustbe fluent in English and Mandarin (Preferably additional language such as Cantonese or Malay)

·        VISA with work permit

·        Excellent knowledge in computer hardware and software

·        Excellent knowledge in computer system assembly

·        Excellent knowledge in computer troubleshooting/diagnostic

·        Preferably sales experience in technical based environment
