既然超了就赶紧做好准备吧，别有太多想法。或许你可以去问问他愿不愿意让你分期付款。

我曾经一个月超了563，全部要交。我以前一舍友是3的，超了1800多，然后一直在规定是时间内不交，拖着直到收到法律传票。最后达成协议分期付完的。所以你最好去你的手机公司说明你的情况

我曾经也是流量超了，爱疯搞了个全部更新，一夜之间话费上千了，没办法，必须交，当然你要是能拖到你离开澳大利亚，你也可以不交，但是以后回来别再想签任何手机。

1. Did they send you any message or notice to remind you have reach certain % or your usage?
2. Did you come up with $2000 excess charges within a very short time? (eg. one night)

Here's the thing:
If they did not give you any notice when you are close to your usage or exceed your usage; and
you did not accumulate such high amount of excess charges in a very short time, which the service provider has reasonable time (business days) to give you a notice/suspension to your service.
You may able to raise a complaint to TIO, and have part of the charges waived.

But before you do that, try to ring them and point out they did not suspense your service when you come up with such high excess, which they have partially contributed to such high excess charges. See what they can offer.

我超了一千多多话费交了后，朋友帮我打电话求情退了300元，你先别交费，打电话求情，你可以试试~~ ...，我上次在网上问，都让我准备钱缴费，结果交了，哎，要不我朋友说可能就交的少得多。
