Anybody know laptop fix???

Does any one know how to fix laptop's motherboard? or know any places where I can get it fixed. Thanks. In terms of Uni's PC, I cannot type Chinese. Sorry about that.

Personal opinion, the problem might be the connector for the CPU cooling fan on motherboard is fused or short circuit. If it needs to change a new motherboard, then I'd better buy a new one. It's bit emergence, Anyone know that just send me a message. Thanks everyone.
