**WE’RE HIRING — MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT**

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team at our Elizabeth South facility.

The successful candidate will assist with the inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of machinery and equipment. This position is suitable for someone with practical mechanical skills, a strong work ethic and an interest in equipment maintenance.

**Location:** Elizabeth South
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Working Days:** Monday to Friday
**Working Hours:** 7:00am–5:00pm
**Pay Rate:** $41.60 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist maintenance personnel with the inspection, testing and repair of machinery and equipment
* Help identify and troubleshoot the causes of equipment faults and breakdowns
* Conduct routine inspections to identify abnormal operation, wear or potential issues
* Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and general servicing
* Inspect equipment components for wear, damage or deterioration
* Assist with the removal and replacement of bearings, belts, seals and other wear parts
* Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
* Assist with equipment cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and testing
* Help verify that equipment is operating correctly after maintenance or repair work
* Keep tools, maintenance areas and workspaces clean and organised
* Follow all workplace procedures and safety requirements
* Complete other maintenance-related duties as directed by the supervisor

**About You**

* You have an interest in machinery, equipment maintenance and fault-finding
* You possess basic mechanical knowledge and good practical skills
* You are confident using common hand tools and power tools
* You are safety-conscious, reliable and detail-oriented
* You can work effectively as part of a maintenance team
* You have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
* You are punctual and able to attend work consistently
* You are comfortable working in an industrial environment and performing physical duties
* Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, equipment maintenance or a similar industrial role will be highly regarded

• 維修完成後協助確認設備運行情況
  
• 保持維修區域及工具整潔有序
  
• 遵守廠內工作流程及安全操作要求
  
• 完成主管安排的其他設備維護相關工作
