Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Issue invoices and follow up outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Maintain financial records using Xero
• Process supplier invoices and subcontractor payments
• Assist with BAS and GST records
• Support general office accounting duties
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years Xero experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable following up overdue invoices and payments
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in construction industry is preferred
