Are you passionate about crafting high-quality sushi and delivering an exceptional dining experience? Emperor Sushi is looking for skilled Sushi Chefs & Sushi Makers to join our growing team!

Who We Are

Founded by the Romeo retail group in 2015, Emperor Sushi started as a small sushi venture in McLaren Vale and has now expanded to 12 stores across South Australia and New South Wales. As a fast-growing, independent sushi retail brand, we take pride in serving fresh, delicious sushi made with precision and care.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and talented Sushi Chefs & Sushi Makers, on-site positions in Adelaide. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing & crafting a variety of sushi dishes with skill and consistency.
Ensuring top-quality food presentation and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen.
Managing inventory & ordering supplies to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
Working collaboratively with the team to create an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Maker
Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and knife skills.
A passion for fresh ingredients and high-quality food production.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with great communication skills.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene best practices.
