We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estimator/Project Coordinator to join our team based in Dry Creek, SA.

The Role:

• Review project specifications, plans, drawing and schedules to accurately select suitable aluminium façade/fence/balustrade/Louvre products and suites.
• Prepare and compile detailed and accurate estimates, tenders, and budgets, to meet project specifications and customer timelines to successfully secure profitable work for the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide aluminium façade/fence/balustrade/Louvre products shopdrawings and technical assistance.
• Communicate, interact, engage with engineers and project managers.
• Accurately review contracts with comprehensive comparison to tender submission.
  

The Person:

• Experince with Aluminium Batten Facade/ Fence / Louvre/ Balustrade product and installation knowledge and experience.
• Qualification in Business, Sales or Estimating (desirable).
• Energetic and deadline focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication skill at all levels of industry, both written and verbal.
• Expert in utilising Microsoft Office software - especially MS Excel.
• Construction white card and driver's license.
