The room is delightful and quite large (16m^2) with pleasant window view. Fully furnished with double bed, study desk and chair, book shelf, built-in wardrobe to the ceiling, dressing table with mirror, bedside table and electrical fan.

HOUSE:

Has one lounge room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, two bathrooms/toilets,

ADSL2+ internet unlimited, two big new fridges (420L), TV with DVD and VCR player, Washing Machine, microwave, dish washers, toaster, beautiful garden.

Quiet neighbours. Garden work and cleaning are maintained by landlord.

TRANSPORT and SHOPPING

Bus stop is just in front of the house (W90/W91, No. 13), 20 minutes to City (Chinatown) and directly to Adelaide and SA University. 3 minutes walking to Cross Road can catch bus 100/100K (Stop No. 176) to Wait Campus; 15 minutes walking to South Road or Goodwood Road have bus 719/720/721 or G10/G20/G40 (No. 9) to Flinders University.

Walking distance to Big W, Woolworth, Post Office etc. Close to Castle Plaza (4 stops)
