yes, Central air conditioning
and, there is a couple and a boy living in this brand-new house, just four person live in here if u come. u r welcome to have a look.

actually, it is a quite safe area, there are old men and ladies living around.
secondly, it is a brand-new house
thirdly, it is not far from city, just 20min to city, besides, u just need take 20steps that u can get to the bus stop.
lastly, we can nego the rent, but it wont decrease too much...

may i ask u r a boy or a girl?

tooo expensive the rent as quite far from the city...can nego for the rent??

there gonna be a couple living here, the female one is the accounting master of adelaide uni, we are very nice person, so u don't need to worry about ur safty.
