一般免费的都是同网的才免，只能用cap剩下的网外通话时间了

请问能否举点实例？

例如目前我用3公司的49plan，包括300分钟对3公司手机免费，以及340刀的对外网花费（包括100刀国际电话）
看了楼主提供的那个手机，肯定是属于澳洲的手机，那么是不是当我把100刀国际电话时间用完，然后再开始使用这种接入式电话，它会继续扣哪里的cap包含费用呢？

当然了，关键也想知道楼主提供的手机号码是属于哪家公司的？ 如果是3公司的，那就太好了，我3公司的300分钟总是用不完。

这个号码对任何手机网络公司都会被认作是外网的手机号码。但是这个号码不是国际电话。如果你这个3的打，会花费你340刀的对外网花费。

如果你的3的手机免费时间包括对外网的通话，那就是完全免费了。
