我们的教学包括两个大的方面Physical和Tennisskill,这便是在提高身体素质的同时提高网球技巧,两者相辅相成,并且加入趣味活动让你感受不一样的网球教学,同时让会员相互了解成为朋友.

我们俱乐部为会员提供每月10小时的技术指导和活动时间,其中包括每周一个半小时技术指导,半小时会员活动,半小时自由活动.我们专业的团队:
主教Ray, 在世界多地从教网球多年，曾经随同美国职业网球协会一级教练、中国十四岁以下青年队主教练Johnee Kop同堂指导。
接受过美国职业网球协会（USPTA）前任主席大卫. 波特的特训,自己同时在全国高校和社会组织的比赛中取得了不错的成绩.
Beck, 从事网球教学健康教育多年,有丰富的教学及运动经验, 帮助您在练习网球的同时获得理想身材.
Kelly, 网球专业毕业,从小跟随体工队专业训练, 无论教学还是练习都是您不错的选择.

Participation Fee	Training: 适合0基础初学者,提供网球训练+体能训练. Orignal $120 now $60 ( student  $45) Practice: 适合有一定基础,需要练习,对打的朋友. Orignal $60 → $30
Times:	10hours/month (1.5hours Professional Guidence,30mins Funny Activity, 30mins Free Activity)

Hello, Everyone:
Are you worried aboutnothing to do in free?
Are you worried about nowhere to go at the weekend?
Do you still waste the money in the gym?
Are you worried about your body build?
What you need to do is participating in a sport thatcan improve both of Physical and Spirit. This also is our concept to build thisclub: Fitness Tennis, Happiness Friends! Enjoying the sports and making moregood friends.
Introduction of TennisRay:
Adelaide TennisRay tennis club is a branch of BeijingTennisRay club. The professional guidance is leaded by Professional coach Rayand Assistant Beck.
Our professional guidance includes two aspects-Physical and Tennis skill, which can help participators improve not only tennisskills but also physical fitness. It is a really win-win! At the same time, wealso mix some fun activities in the process to let you feel different tennis.
Our club provides members 10 hours trainning per week,including the time of professional guidance is one and a half hours, then members have 1 hour for own practice (we provide balls and courts).

Tip:	You just need to wear your sport suits and take your  racquet. For people who don’t have racquet, we provide good price racquet for  your choosing.

当然适合啦！网球是一项男女老少皆宜的运动，注重身体的协调性。不仅可以完善身体还可以保持健康的体魄！
