Offering a fully furnished room for rent in a townhouse which is in a very convenient location. Bus stop is within 100m of front door, and the free city loop bus stop is nearby also. The location is also walking or riding distance to city University campus's and coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery shop (open until 10pm) on Melbourne Street in North Adelaide.
There is convenient parking on the street in front of the house.
You would be staying with two young professionals. Both of us are friendly, tidy and considerate and would love to live with someone who shares the same qualities.
