This unit is conveniently located in Eastern suburb Glenside. It only takes less than 2 minutes walk to get to Burnside Village (Pharmacy, Coles, all sorts of shops). It's very suitable for young professionals and couples, only 5 minutes drive to city and there are several buses around the place but I need someone to take over this place because I'm moving to Barossa for my job, otherwise I will not choose to leave. You have to pass 100 points credit check /id check and I am happy to offer you inspections but I can't guarantee if you are going to get the place. The real estate agent will decide.
