I'm looking for a clean housemate.
House is fully furnished and located in George Court on Wright Street, really close to China Town.
You able to get free transportations such as 99c, free shuttle bus and free tram.
Save a lot of time and pay less for bus spending.
One double room .available from middle or end of June.
Only 4 house-mates including you.
No smoker, no pet, clean people!
$190 for double room all bills are included (water, internet 500 GB, electricity bill).
PS: If the electric fee is higher than usual, may slightly increase the charge a little bit!!!
