Room for Rent (Ridleyton) near supermarket and tram stop

Hi,

A gay couple (one chinese, one aussie) are currently looking for one Female (preferred) to move in to 1 double bedroom.

The house is located on Forster Street, which is 5 mins away from the bus stop and 10 mins away from the tram terminal              (Entertainment Center), both of the transport will take you all the way to unisa west campus and city.

As for the supermarket and local pharmacies, it only take you 10 mins from the house to get there.

The house is a modern 3 bedroom with small rear yard which has a bbq and a seperate outdoor area.  Full central cooling and heating.  Security System.  A seperate lounge area.  Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and is combined with the family / dining room.  Laundry has washing machine.  The 3rd bedroom is a guest / study room.

The room for rent has a double bed, clothes drawer and hanger, desk and chair, flat screen LCD TV, own toilet, shower and bath.
We would like someone who is neat and tidy, outgoing, friendly.  Who would like to become a part of this fun, social house.

The room has become available due to current housemate finishing her exams.
