1 bedroom (Room 2 only) will be available from now - for temporary basis until 9 Feb 2011 (good conditions: new carpeted and wall painted)

• 7 minutes walk to Train Station (travel time about 12-15mins to Adelaide City)
• 3 minutes walk to Bus Stop
• This house has all basic furniture and all cooking equipments are installed
  
  

Preferably anyone who is honest, clean, tidy and non-smokers (currently a student in Room 1 and he is able to speak English and Chinese and an undergraduate student who is able to speak English and Chinese as well in Room 3).
