I am looking for a single room sharemate near the Magill area. The place will be shared by a total of three people, including one couple

- Structure: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, outdoor swimming pool
- Room condition: Single room, single bed, desk, wardrobe, storage space, etc
- Shared spaces: Bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room, parking lot
- Accessibility: 1 minutes to a bus station by walk, 10 minutes drive to the city, 5 minutes drive to UniSA Magill campus, within 10 minutes drive to three nearby Korean supermarkets, Park and tennis court within a 5 minutes walk
- Rent: $260 per week including bills except for electricity (2 weeks payment in advance, 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice)
