为我在阿德的一位Local好朋友转发。我的朋友是职业女性，是医药行业的咨询师。这个合租，对想要了解当地文化及学习英文的学生和工作人员是个非常好的机会。

屋主非常Nice。她的房子离Uni SA Mawson Lake校区步行五分钟。步行五分钟内到Woolworth 以及Mawson lake interchange 火车站。周围环境优雅，交通生活特别便捷。

房子是三室的Town House，其中两间房出租。两间房都是新添置的全家具，拎包入住。其中大的一间房子185 每周全包Bill，稍小的一间165每周全包Bill。

屋内各种家电包括电冰箱，烤箱等设备齐全。

现寻两名喜爱干净喜欢猫咪（屋主养了三只猫）的学生或工作人员合租。三个月起租，四周Bond金。仅限女性。

Looking for two female international students/professionals to share this 3 bed-room furnished double storey townhouse with a professionally employed female owner.

Ideally looking for tenants who are clean, quiet, respectful and willing to share in weekly cleaning of the house.

Must be cat lovers, as the house has 3 indoor cats that generally keep to themselves.

Bedroom 1: Is a large, street facing room with natural sunlight filtering through two windows. The room comes fully furnished with new bedroom furnishings including bed, tall boy, desk, lamps and linen. There is adequate storage provided by the built in robes and plenty of room to relax in.

Rent is $185 per week/including bills. Bond is $740.00

Bedroom 2: Is situated between Bedroom 1, a shared bathroom and Bedroom 3
This is a more compact in size room and more ideal for those who may not spend a lot of time at home. It is large enough for adequate storage and comfort and includes a brand new bed, tallboy, desk, lamps and linen. There is adequate storage provided by the built in robes and under the bed frame as well.

Rent is $165 per week/including bills. Bond is $660.00.

The house is furnished with most things: lounge, dining table, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, airconditioning/heating, cooking utensils etc and has NBN internet connected as well.

Located centrally to walking trails and lakes. It is a short 5 minute walk to the Mawson Lakes Interchange where you can get an express train to the city in 15 minutes or a more leisurely bus ride all across Adelaide.

House is also situated close to nearby cafes, shopping centre (woolworths & foodland), UNISA campus, local library, pub, gym and medical centres.

Rooms are available now for a minimum 3-6 month lease. However can be negotiated for longer for the right person.
