Hi there, we have 1 room for rent in a spacious, clean, tidy and tranquil house.

House location is very convenient for workers, commuters, and students. Bus 202, 203 stops are less than 20 second walk. Regency Road is nearby, there are heaps of bus stops for 286, 933, J8, H33, 235, 361 and so forth. Shopping mall includes COSTCO, Coles, WWS, Kmart, ANZ....etc are all nearby, drive within 10mins, bus is easy to hail as well. If you have car, we have off street parking space.

This single rooms is furnished, spacious. QUEEN bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp are included, you can bring yours, it's flexible.

You will only share bathroom with another housemate (we have our own). Toilet, shower and sink are separate, you can enjoy your privacy, no one would push you, only another housemate XD

House is furnished as well,
TV, couch, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle...
Split Ceiling Air Conditioning/heating

There are solar panels with this house. Although rent includes unlimited wifi and all bills; but in order to avoid waste, all of us need to share the extra cost if it is over the budget.

Flatmates

There will be only 4 people include you live in this spacious house. Three of us are super friendly, easy going and always respect our housemate. I am Jimmy. I like drinking a couple of beers during and after dinner. Listening to music, watching movies and playing consoles are my hobbies on day off.
I am a chef, always finishes work then comes home around 11-12pm.

Tammy, my partner. Enjoy quiet atmosphere, like dogs, hobby is sleeping, gardening, love keeping house tidy and clean. Very friendly, considerate.

Robert, 22y, Aussie, studies his last semester in Uni. Cool, calm, funny, very easy going and tidy. You will share toilet and bathroom with him.

So, we are looking for the fourth housemate who love keeping house clean and tidy, respect housemates, keep peace, comfort and privacy. NO party animal and one night stand in this house.
