Looking for housemate to share a 2 bedroom house with 29 year old male. Room for rent is the master bedroom. Large room with ceiling fan and built in wardrobes. Just 7km from the city. Located in Ashleigh Avenue, Felixstow. Only a 2 minute walk to Payneham Road which has busses running straight into the city.
Quiet street and neighbours. Aircon in loungeroom. Short walk to Felixstow Reserve and bike track. Also within walking distance to Woolworths and autobahn.
I am a clean and tidy housemate and a pretty quiet person. Non-smoker. Looking for someone similar. Possibly suit student being a short distance from the universities and CBD. I work evenings, so from around 7pm-midnight most nights you will have the place to yourself.
Rent is $165 per week plus half of the electricity and water bills. Also 2 weeks bond required.
