Check your temp. I think parts are overheating and down clock.

换个200G+的SSD，M4或者intel或者三星的都可以，差别不大
显卡换个GTX670，内存不用换，不过换成16G的也不贵

屏幕可以换个24寸，1900：1200的IPS的

Also check your background process when you are playing games. I think it may be background process taking up resources as well.

I don't think the HDD is the cause of the lag. Storage speed affects load time of the game before you actually start playing. Storage speed hardly affect frame rate when you are playing the game, unless you are playing a game with a large map where the storage drive is being access constantly for the map to refresh as you move through the map.

跟普通硬盘一样用。
建议一起买个2.5转3.5转接架。
不然在机箱里没地方放。

我那是单边悬挂。。。反正SSD很轻

但大菠萝3经常出入副本和传送点，SSD是必备的，场景转换的load time基本可以忽略。
