Position Synopsis
A rare opportunity exists for a dynamic individual to join the Finance team in our Adelaide office as the Cash and Payroll Accountant. Reporting to the Superintendent Financial Accounting you will be responsible for ensuring Payroll and Cash Accounting transactions, including managing bank statement loads, treasury back office function, Asset reconciliations and payroll reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Your key responsibilities will also include:

• Conducting regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to 1SAP processes and controls
• Supporting the implementation of global standardised financial systems, governance and compliance
• Providing detailed, timely and accurate payroll reporting and analysis to operational and functional stakeholders
• Planning and co-ordinating the annual payroll budget, including managing review meetings with senior management
• Planning and co-ordinating the quarterly forecasting of labour across site and presenting an analysis of forecast v budget
• Driving continuous improvement in the cash forecasting process
• Performing Asset payroll reconciliations in an accurate timely manner

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have strong demonstrated experience developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines effectively and have strong financial and analytical skills.
It is essential that you hold relevant tertiary qualifications, in addition to having an advanced level of skill with Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Located 560 kilometres north of Adelaide, South Australia, Olympic Dam is Australia's largest underground mine, incorporating a complex minerals processing operation, producing copper cathode, uranium oxide concentrate, gold and silver.

我还记得你 工作有快一年了吗

请问是不是必须有pr才能申请呢？我填到最后才被告知不符合residency的要求。
