在阿德买一家手机店的生意申请学生创业移民不知道可行不可行，一年营业额能不能达到30万澳币，望有经验人士解答

首先，不知道从何时起。845被起了一个学生创业移民签证的名字。这个签证和学生一点关系都没有。这个签证真证的名字应该叫成功生意签证。

以下是我在空间里发的贴子。转过来。

我最近了解到由于澳大利亚移民政策的收紧,一些留学生朋友想要通过做生意来拿PR.有点盲目的投资和急于着手.但如果在没有全面了解845签证的情况下.想当然的觉得投资我就可以拿PR.或者没有注意签证的一些硬性要求.最后花了钱费了事,还没拿着PR.咱就亏大了.而且我发现不了解这个签证的同学还真不少.有点太想当然了.我现在就是要把这个签证的情况详细的分析一下.

1.持有哪种签证的人可以申请845

Appropriate visa holder
You are the holder of a temporary resident visa, which is not a special purpose visa (Border visa, Diplomatic visa, Domestic Worker visa, Transit visa, Maritime Crew visa or Superyatcht Crew visa) and you do not hold a bridging visa.



2.什么样的生意是被认可的呢?

说白了是要挣钱的生意, 不能你整一个一直赔钱的生意.介可真不行.



3.对于在澳大利亚待居住的时间要求.

在你申请前的一年内,你要在澳大利亚住够272天.

Ownership interest
You have had and continue to have, an ownership interest and direct and continuous management, in up to two actively operating main business in Australia for at least 18 months immediately before you apply. You must own at least:

51 per cent of the business where the turnover is less than AUD400 000 per annum
30 per cent of the business where the turnover is AUD400 000 or more per annum
10 per cent where the business is a publicly listed company.
A transitional provision is available if you have purchased a main business in Australia prior to 19 April 2010 and you are applying for this visa. Under these circumstances a minimum of 10 per cent ownership in a main business is required.

我为什么要把这段英文贴出来,就是要提醒大家.这段红色的文字,很多人都死在这个上面.你要从一开始就要保留你持续经营和管理这个生意的所有的证据.但我提醒大家的是,别一激动,写我一周参与管理四十小时..完蛋..你不是学生吗?..清清楚楚能算出来的最好不要超过二十小时..你懂的...

以下几条..大家注意看看啊..哪条不符合.都白干啊...往往有些人就是这几条不清楚..条件没弄够.

Significant assets
Your (or your and your partner's) total assets in Australia for the 12 months prior to applying were greater than AUD250 000.

Business assets
Your (or your and your partner's) total net assets in your main business (or two main businesses) in Australia for the 12 months prior to application were greater than AUD100 000.

Business involvement
You have been actively involved in, and directly responsible for, the day to day management and overall performance of your main business (or two main businesses).

Acceptable business record
You (or your partner) have never been involved in unacceptable business activities in Australia.

Points test
You must score at least 105 points in the established business in Australia points tests (the department will work out your points score from the information you give in your application). You can complete a preliminary assessment of your points score.

商业移民.也得够分才能移.不是光有生意就万事大吉了.

看到上边这个分数的测试.你就会发现..达到一零五..也不容易呀.

年纪轻的同学.年龄分数一下低十分..英文必须达到最好..这样凑五十..然后雇三个全职有身份的员工.积分才能够.

玛丽姐，你是超级无敌样样通，我都不好意思不崇拜你了。

如果一个生意说，你只要出钱，什么都不用管。走845。一定要知道。移民局对以上红字部份要要有具体说明的。
如果你是做贸易的，你和客户的往来邮件，你去过什么地方考查，合影，具体的说明，生意的想法和如何实施的，你所签订的合同。等等。。。
一切证明你真正的参与这个生意的证明。。。

不是付了钱就可以的。

所以。如果有人说。你付了钱。你就可以拿到身份。你最好问问他。这个红字的部份。他帮你怎么解决。

我再重复一遍。移民局一定会查这个部份。材料里要你提供具体的证明材料，证明人的信，甚至实地调查。

这个是很危险

学生放假是可以全职工作的。

硕士学生的伴侣，可以全职工作，以伴侣名义做生意，然后走845理论上是可行的。
但这个时候要看自己的资金实力。

以我现在看到的生意，大部份是自己往里搭钱无论是163和845。能让你三年收回买生意的成本的生意已经是非常好的生意了。所以如果想干一年。拿身份就不干了。那肯定是挣不回来投资的，当然可以转卖出去。但我所知道的现在都是便宜卖的。
总之一切要考虑清楚，后果自己都可以承担，再买生意，不要冲动。

其实想拿PR，求稳定的话，没必要弄busniess，10万买个雇主担保一样
除非你确定你干这个不会亏钱。。（要雇3个full time哦）
