one  room is available at Clarence Gardens (southern surbub) in a 4 bedroom house.

RENT:
$120 p/week including all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet)
Innitially $480 bond and contract required (4 weeks rental)
Minim stay 6 months and long-term rental (12 months) is welcome

HOUSEMATES:
House is to be shared with a Chinese family (The couple both are Adelaide University staff with a 9 year-old boy) and a korean young man (full time worker).

ROOM:
Its fully furnished room with single bed and mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table, bookshelf, electronic fan.

HOUSE:
Has 4 bedrooms, one lounge room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, two bathrooms/toilets,
ADSL2+ internet 100g, two big fridges(420L), TV with DVD and VCR player, Washing Machine, microwave, dish washers, toaster, beautiful gardens.Quiet neighbours. Garden work and cleaning are maintained by landlord.

WHOM I AM LOOKING FOR:
Male or Female , doesnt matter
No pets and Non-smoker please
Age 18-40
Someone who is neat and clean

TRANSPORT and SHOPPING
Bus stop is just in front of the house (W90/W91, No. 13), 20 minutes to City (Chinatown) and directly to Adelaide and SA University. 3 minutes walking to Cross Road can catch bus 100/100k (No. 176) to Wait Campus; 10 minutes walking to South Road or Goodwood Road have bus 719/720/721 or G10/G20/G40 (No. 9) to Flinders University.
Walking distance (10 mins) to Big W, Woolworth, Post Office etc. Close to Castle Plaza(4 stops)
