Are you passionate about operations management and ready to lead a team to success? We are seeking a Store Operations Manager who will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring each operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reporting and Performance Management:
Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales figures, cost margins, and operational issues.
-Analyze sales data and cost reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Provide coaching and support to store managers to enhance performance.
-Monitor customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and implement preventative measures.
-Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure store managers meet targets.
2. Training and SOP Compliance:
-Conduct training sessions for new products and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Address specific improvement areas identified through inspections.
-Regularly review and ensure compliance with SOPs across all stores.
3. Equipment Maintenance and Hiring:
-Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, functional, and safe for use.
-Participate in the recruitment process to select qualified candidates for store positions.
4. Wholesale Sector Coordination:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance in the wholesale sector.
-Maintain effective communication with team members, suppliers, and customers.
-Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize excess.
-Work with product development teams to introduce new products to meet market demands.
5. Marketing Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
