- Give guest service the highest priority.
- Display professional behavior at all times.
- Avoid offensive or impolite language.
- Refrain from speaking with another team member or acquaintance, either by telephone or personally, in the presence of a guest.
- Do not use cell phones, IPODS, or PDA’s in guest view (unless business related).
- 2-4 years in a managerial position in 4/5 Star category hotel or restaurant
- Good English skills (written & verbal).
- Strong in Leadership skills & good training conducting skills.
- Outgoing personality. Willing to work for long hours.
