[color=var(--_1qw3t4i12)][color=var(--_1dwayiq1i)]My client is looking for an experienced production supervisor to join our group and lead our factory teams in a management role in home improvement industry.   

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

• Manage and support theTeam as a Leaders.
• Manage the scheduling of production to meet the deadlines.
• Be “hands-on” as you will be spending most of your day on the floor assisting with production.
• Liaise and support all departments located in the factory to achieve the overall daily targets for either supply manufacturing or production.
• Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within our Safety, Quality, Speed, Cost and Talent goals
• Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase productivity, eliminate waste and streamline processes in production.
• Coordinate regular safety and quality meetings with shop floor employees.
• Manage the recruitment of new production staff.
• Manage the preventative and reactive maintenance function.

• Ability to be flexible, manage multiple concurrent projects and work across time-zones within a business experiencing exceptional growth.

• Toughly understand and implement quality control techniques
