too vague, chances are this will be a sale job based on commission ie no base pay.

if it's a partnership, each partner does have  base salary which is based on the contribution of their workiing.

Exactly, as it is your own business, how much I earn is decided by how much I do. About base salary, as I said, I'm not your boss but yourself. If you can make your contribution, you will certainly get your payback which will definitely satisfy yourself.

That is true, we do not offer base pay, we offer an opportunity. As I said I'm not looking for someone to work for me but someone to work with me. I'm not the boss of this business, you are. Think what would every boss do with their own business, do they have their base salary?
