We are an Australian owned freight forwarding company.

Due to an ever expanding client base we require a freightforwarder for our export operations, initially part-time.

Qualifications & experience  

• Industry     experience within a freight forwarder is essential
• Must have     export experience
• Proficient in   Microsoft programs and mandarin speaking
• Strong     communication, time management & problem-solving skills.
  

Key responsibilities

The Export Sea Freight Operator will be responsible toensure the following:

• Bookings     received from customers are registered.
• Bookings to the     shipping lines are sent.
• Transport     bookings are arranged.
• Forwarding     instructions & country document cut offs are sent to the shipping line     and overseas.
• Shipments are     invoiced on time.
• Pre-alerts sent     on time.
• Creditors     invoices  are approved.
• Transhipment     cargo is checked in.
