Role Responsibilities

Working hours are 9am to 5pm. For this role, it is critical to have flexibility in response to on-calls.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to solar energy storage solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, provide technical solutions or technical training to customers on products and services.
- Document customer interactions and keep track of issues and solutions.
- Work with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
- All technical roles will have in-house training to get up to speed.

Selection Criteria
- Electrical Engineering/ Renewable Energy Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
