actually, it is a quite safe area, there are old men and ladies living around.
secondly, it is a brand-new house
thirdly, it is not far from city, just 20min to city, besides, u just need take 20steps that u can get to the bus stop.
lastly, we can nego the rent, but it wont decrease too much...

may i ask u r a boy or a girl?
