The price is only for rental. I don't like to included the utilities, you pay what you use. I can provide double bed. If short term, I hopeis until Mid feb, as by then I should be able to get replacement. Thank you.

DEar all, This is not convert from garage or anything BUT approval extension unit.
Those photos are the rooms of the unit, only you will use them.
