My name is EJ, a personal trainer at Goodlife Dernancourt.  I am a highly qualified and passionate trainer focusing 100% on you .

I am looking for clients who want to lose weight, tone up, build up muscle and learn proper techniques.

I also help clients with their diet goals.

I have been training for over 10 years in fitness programs including yoga, pilates, free weights and  different types of Lesmills classes. I am also currently looking forward to be a reformer Pilates instructor.
