求助：有谁知道哪里有免费的FAMILY LEGAL ADVISE 的中介，或者GOVERNMENT UNIT 也行！！！

我一个朋友是本地的，和一个菲律宾的女的谈恋爱，没有结婚就生了对双胞胎。。。。刚刚生不久！那个女的好象在利用他，现在想回菲律宾，并且带走两个孩子。。。。我朋友想要孩子，但又不知道怎么样阻止她。。男的也应该有抚养权利吧。。。。所以想咨询下LEAGAL ADVISE！！！！谢谢了！！！！

本地的都不知道这边的法律吗?

you can try Law society of South Australia or Family SA.

Are the children Australian citizen? What about the mum? Dose the father take care of the child and support them at all?
