当地时间4月8日，据美国国防部透露，以“卡尔?文森”号为首的美国航母战斗群已经奉命调往朝鲜半岛。这是近两周来美国第二次在朝鲜半岛附近海域部署航母。尽管美军在该地区的行动并不罕见。但特朗普（Donald Trump）此次在中美元首会晤后的调动终究令外界感到不解。

有分析认为，对华盛顿来说，特朗普已经向北京表达了自己“中国如果实在无法和美方协调，美方也会规划自己的解决方式”的用意。这就让“卡尔?文森”战斗群的“临时调整计划”显得更像是有所预备。而特朗普的这种警告性活动，更让他逼近朝鲜半岛的行为显出令外界担忧的气息。

航母战斗群逼近朝鲜

根据美国国防部披露，美海军“卡尔?文森”号航母战斗群已在颇有鹰派声望的太平洋司令哈里斯（Harry Harris）上将指挥下，开赴西太平洋朝鲜半岛一侧。对熟悉该战斗群的分析人士来说，这一分舰队的每次行动都意味着美军的战略威慑。而它的下一个目标毫无疑问引发了外界的忧虑。

当然，美国在该地区的军事行动终究不算罕见，也有分析人士觉得此次行动不应过度解读。毕竟就在2017年3月，“卡尔?文森”号战斗群还参加了代号“鹞鹰”的韩美联合军演。但无论如何，根据美军部署原应前往澳大利亚进行访问的该舰队在太平洋司令指挥下开赴朝鲜终究让外界感觉到美军的杀气已经浮现。

美军官方人士称，“卡尔?文森”号战斗群的行动是对“朝鲜一系列挑衅行动的回应”。但这个解释不免牵强。必须承认，朝鲜近期的确在导弹等问题上有所作为。就在“卡尔?文森”号抵达新加坡前，朝鲜5日发射了一枚射程加长的“飞毛腿”液体燃料弹道导弹，但发射不久便失去控制坠海。此前朝鲜还进行了数次火箭发动机试验。鉴于朝鲜的行为实际上只是基于美、韩在半岛行动的对等措施，这使得外界开始将其视为特朗普政府针对朝鲜半岛的一种军事警告行动。

对已经在叙利亚用两艘“阿利?博克”级导弹驱逐舰展开袭击的美国来说，“卡尔?文森”战斗群的武备更为突出。作为美国第三舰队的一艘排水量超过10万吨的“超级航母”，该舰可以搭载70架以上的舰载机，其中包括F/A-18“超级大黄蜂”战斗轰炸机， E-2“鹰眼”预警机， MH-60“海鹰”直升机，C-2“灰狗”运输机等。鉴于朝鲜并没有俄罗斯在叙利亚布置的S-300等防空系统，这使得美国对朝鲜采取突然打击的可能性与成功率都大大增加。

中美有没有共识？

在分析人士看来，美国在“习特会”后的这一突然部署可能与此前中美在半岛问题上的“共识”有关。

根据美方披露信息显示，中美首脑在会晤期间曾谈及“朝鲜核武器的威胁迫在眉睫，重申朝鲜半岛无核化的承诺，并承诺全面执行联合国安理会的决议”。为此，两国元首“同意与国际社会一起，加强合作，说服朝鲜和平解决这个问题，放弃非法武器计划”。这样一来，“卡尔?文森”号的调动似乎就成了一种美国式“说服”的手段。

对美国来说，特朗普当局已经在习特会后释放出了一种不客气的信息：美方虽理解朝鲜给中国带来的难处，但中国如果实在无法和美方协调，美方也会规划自己的解决方式。这与特朗普此前“如果中国不打算解决朝鲜，我们就会出手解决”的发言不免不谋而合。

鉴于六方会谈中方团长、中国外交部朝鲜半岛事务特别代表武大伟也计划于10日访韩，与六方会谈韩方团长会面，就朝鲜核导威胁的应对方案进行磋商。很显然，当特朗普逼近半岛时，北京也在寻求一种让局面不至于恶化的选择。

但是，美国的行动终究已经刺激到了平壤。金正恩当局也意识到了美国对叙利亚的袭击并不是偶然行为。据朝中社8日报道，朝鲜外务省发言人当天强烈谴责美国空袭叙利亚是对主权国家的侵略，并表示朝鲜不会被美国所谓的“警告性”行动吓倒。更称“叙利亚事态再次让朝鲜深刻铭记，只有靠自己的力量才能抵抗帝国主义侵略、守卫自己的国家”。

Whether war will happen or not, this will depend on if N. Korea will test its sixth new round of nuke test.

English printing is much easier than chinese printing!

We just take your post as example:

In English you just Print like: Hi, Above Fl, if you can read chinese, why do you show up to print english? Easy? Yes, it is.

If in chinese, you have to print: lou shang de , ru guo ni neng kan dong zhe pian "zhong wen" wen zhang , gan ma hai zhuang zhe luo ji da ying wen, wo?

Easy, not at all. be patient, hold on, not finished. You have to "transfer" every above words into correct chinese letters among hundreds of thousands of chinese letters.

Carl Vincen is the U.S.aircraft carrier just excercised the FONOP in South China Sea a few weeks age, if I remember well.
According to original plan, the fleet will visit Australia. Trump suddenly changed the routine on Saturday and ordered the fleet to be deployed near the peninsula. THis is what Trump and Xi agreed during the Mar-a-Lago summit that the N. korea's nuclear program has reached a serious stage and cannot be accepted. That's why.

My analysis and train of thoughts are like this:

If N.Korea "listen", keep silent and do not behave provocatively, ok, war will not happen.

If N.Korea act in a more provocative way by testing its nuclear ICBM recently, Carl Vincen will definately do something.

The result probably will be that China will face a united korea front stationed with US army at its door.

"Discretion is the best part of valour", if you can understand this proberb!!!
You don't have to apologize, but you have to respect other people's choice!!! This is the basic rule to survive here in Australia.

To be honest 2,
I myself didn't stick the rule of "discretion", as I am afraid that you probably speaking better London English than BBC broadcasters and better American English than CNN broadcasters. Do you understand what I am saying???

This post is so contradictory with your other replies in some of the posts here in this bbs.

You try to show you are a decent and educated gentleman or gentlewoman by posting some chinese traditional poems, unfortunately you nasty languages "wo kuo, or wo cao(meaing " I fk") belies you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cann't imagine and understand your mindset and your language by your age.
You just fit yourself into that low ilks.

Why your ilks are always using the words, like "shabi", "la shi and fang pi", etc. ? Is this the whole essence and the only thing in your life??? You know by yourself, That doesn't work at all in convincing others, except shaming yourself and fitting yourself into that catergory.
