Position Description and Duties
Reporting to the Sales Manager in Adelaide, this role is mainly responsible for:
● Managing customer orders from post-sale to scheduling their pickup and delivery.
● Effective communication with internal team and customers to understand orders updates
● Managing a large volume of work and treating each project with the same level of enthusiasm and effectiveness
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude while being professional with the customers.
● Managing follow-ups of calls and emails internally and with the customer.
● Helping the team achieve their targets while meeting your own.
Skills
● Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
● Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
●Bilingual (English & Mandarin)
● Proficient in computers and software e.g. Microsoft and Google Software suites
● Organized and are able to meet deadlines
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
● Quick learner with an interest in renewable energy
