POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Casual position

Greeting customers as they enter

Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Providing customers with drink and food

Answering their questions regarding ingredients

Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information

Delivering food and beverages
