This house is close to city at a convinent place. only 10 min walk to train stop, easy if you go to Ade Uni, SA uni
It's good for 3 people to live in.
I'm looking for a couple and a single person to move in, or a family of 3...long term!!
quiet and tidy are the must.
Rent include bills ....Nothing else to pay..
