请问各位专家这样的土地的房子能买么？

如图，要买的房子建在allotment 75上，和邻居lot 76车库有公共墙，但不是很理解为何图中76的easement C (underground electricity cable)也出现在了lot 75的title certificate里，而且貌似左侧邻居的carport gutter ...

根据title的图来看，很可能是一块整地分成了75和76，建房的时候75和76 共享了一条地下电缆通道，所以75的TITLE 要把共享的部分展示出来。但是此地下电缆通道在76地上，对75也没什么太大的影响。
