标题: About Bridging Visa B problem
Hi All,
I am planning to apply Bridging Visa B that can let me travel back to Hong Kong for family issue. It can only be 3 months right ?
If after 3 months, i do not back to Adelaide, what will happen to my Visa? And is there any penalities for me if i do not coming back? Just in case if i cannot back to Adelaide. Thanks!!!

(I'm in the TR application and got my briding visa A already

125澳币带着护照到移民局3楼当场申请BVB就OK的在BVB有效期间自由往返的，如果你BVB只申请人3个月的，3个月内没能回来，就只能在香港申请澳洲其他签证再来了。或是等你的onshore签证prove以后再登陆澳洲的。

你如果需要回香港4或5个月，可以和case offer申请BVB给你长一些就OK了，最长的是可以给1年的（当然如果是MRT上诉期间的，最长就给3个月的，具体case by case的），你问移民局3楼的官就OK的

so is tat mean my tr application will be cancel if i cant come back after 3 months?

如果你申请了3个月的BVB回香港，但是3个月内没能回到澳洲继续你的BVA的话，你的BVB过期了的，你要重新申请其他签证登陆澳洲的。或是等485快批了的时候，case officer会告诉你，让你申请个600旅游签证来澳洲后，给你485准签的。

Bridge B有办理过6个月的例子。申请的时候和签证官说明情况，要一个时间长一些的。
