These kinds of reports will misguide china's strategic policy and make china miscalculate the situation.
I have a kind of feeling that current china is very much like Japan in 1940's, the similiar situation, condition and circumstance make Japan miscalculate the then situation and led Japan to a wrong, disasterous calculation and decision, grounded on which, Japan executed a sudden attack at Pearl Harbour.
