Contract will be ending on the 16th of January 2016. Apartment is located 5 minutes from Rundle Mall and Hindley street, 15 mins away from Flinder's University and University of SA. View from the apartment's window looks out to the Adelaide entertainment theatre, Railway Station, Adelaide Oval Stadium and scenic areas. Public transportations are a stone throw away from the accomodation. 20-30 minutes tram ride to Glenelg Beach! Plenty of storage space in the room, finished with a ensuite bathroom. The room consists of a large double bed and study area. Kitchen and living room are common areas, shared by 3 other housemates. Television, Iron, iPhone dock are included in the common area. Pot, Pans and cutleries are also available upon shifting in. Apartment is suitable for people who do not mind staying with mixed genders. Included in the room will be pillow, new set of linen and duvet, tea towels and 1.7 litre cordless kettle. **These items are not provided by Urbanest North Terrace.**

Rental package includes water and electricity bills as well as internet allowance of 50GB a month.
