假论文风波未平，又爆出假文凭！中国团伙卖澳名校文凭：$3500！

忘了10万澳元才能读到的学位吧——现在你可以用不到十分之一的价格买到一份澳洲学位了。

警方被敦促调查一个专制假学位和文凭的中国造假公司，近百澳洲顶尖大学的学位和文凭都可以在这里用几千澳元买到。

这个名为“海外留学生助理HD”（ Overseas Students Assistant HD）的公司，在国际留学生喜爱的中文社交媒体上进行宣传，号称能够制造“所有主要大学的资格证书。”

在该公司主页上，可以看到的假文凭样式包括麦考瑞大学商业学士学位，悉尼大学的商业学士学位，新南威尔士大学的财务分析硕士学位，以及卧龙岗大学的商业学士学位。

海外留学生助理HD提供全澳42所大学，53家TAFE院校的证书。该公司称，这些学历证书使用的羊皮纸和这些大学使用的均采购自同一供应商，3500澳元可以买到“副本”，而5700澳元则可以买到“原本”。

如果花上6500澳元，公司称可以将这些作假学生的信息都输入大学的数据库以及中国政府教育部下属官方认证系统中。

New.com.au联系到的每所大学都强烈捍卫学校所使用的羊皮纸供应商以及学生记录系统的完整性和安全性。

该公司还扬言能够伪造学历证书，让学生可以入读澳洲名校，还po出一张悉尼大学的录取通知书作为“证明”。

一些弃学的留学生还涉嫌购买伪造的医生证明书，以获得学费的100%退款。

在1月26日po出的信息中，该公司写道：“中国春节都要来了，你怎么能不带着学位回家庆祝呢？联系我们买张文凭吧！”

在该公司的资料页，该公司列出了提供的服务包括：“海外教育咨询，认证资格证书，医疗证明，律师证明，就业，移民服务。”

目前还不清楚这家公司在本地运营了多久，其页面去年9月才开始活跃，而且公司并无网站。

其他po出的帖子还展示了许多美国大学的假证书，包括南加州大学，加利福尼亚大学还有西雅图大学。

麦考瑞大学学术副校长John Simons称，他对该机构售卖假学位一事“深表担忧”。“他们廉价化了我们学校毕业生们的显著成就以及多年来的辛苦学术研究。”

“我们希望此事立刻得到警方的关注，因为此举似乎构成欺诈罪。警方是唯一拥有必要资源以及专业素养来调查这些富有经验的造假机构”。

新州警方欺诈及犯罪调查组一名女发言人呼吁那些认为自己的品牌或知识产权遭到不法分子滥用的，应立即联系警方。

在声明中，教育部长Christopher Pyne的发言人表示，高等教育质量及标准机构和澳洲技术质量局都已经知悉了这些指控。

“教育部长将联系这两个机构以了解行动的发展。任何损害澳洲院校名声的行为将会被严肃对待。伪造证书及相关活动必须由有关部门追究其刑事责任。”
