We have 2 HUGEpartly furnished rooms available for rent starting Friday 13th December 2013.The rooms will be 2 of 4 which is to be shared with a friendly and outgoingworking couple (and their friendly puppy) and possibility another tenant.

We are looking for 2 nice and outgoing femaletenants (studying or working) to share our lovely home with us.

We have 2rooms available

The house is located at Clarence Park and is closeto EVERYTHING! Only 5 mins drive into the city. Walking distance to amenitiesclose by which includes:

1) Petrol Station
2) Fast Food Chain
3) Shopping Center - Big W and Woolworths
4) Gym
5) Cafes
6) Public Transport - Bus and Train

These rooms are available for initially up untilFebruary 2014 with a possibility to be extended hence, will be the perfectaccommodation for someone looking for either a short term or long termaccommodation.

Theasking rental price is $120per week per room which includes all utility bills. (Gas, Internet, Electricity and Water)

What is also included in the rent are thefollowing:

1) A huge cupboard in the room.
2) A study desk in the room.
3) Refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven andstove with oven in kitchen.
4) Washing machine in the laundry.
5) Cooking utensils and cutlery.
