Burnside a worth suburb?

Apology for writing english as can't type chinese from my workplace.

I wonder is it worthwhile buying a property in Burnside area? it seems like the price in this area is much more expensive compare to its neighborhood. Anyone has any good advises /opinions with regards to this suburb?

First of all, English is fine, and your English is really good.

Burnside is a potential suburb for future growth, the same way as other suburbs. It is convenience that burnside suburb brought to all its residences that cause the price stay up that high.

Growth wise, all suburbs grow, but not on a standard rate. Burnside may grow quicker in years. Or may not as quick as some other suburbs, such as Mawson Lakes, West Lakes.

If you buying for a family, then there are lots to consider, price, convenience, walking to parks, noises, SCHOOLs, distance to city. etc etc.

All things considered, some people like southern suburbs Goodwood, Mitcham, Clapham. Some people like eastern Norwood, Kensington Parks, Magill. Some people like the beach. And some people like Lightsview (Northgate), because it is all very modern and brand new.

You have to make your own decision after all.

My major concern would be the traffic in the suburbs. I made a quick research for South Australia. South, west , east and North are having terrible traffic at the moment. That's why south east suburbs  are the preferred options compared to the other suburbs. Main North Road, North East Road, South, Marion are disaster roads -.- so far, Greenhill Road is still acceptable.

Worst part is, this government stuffed up with the road network system. which influenced my decisions to buy in other suburbs… but life in Adelaide is a lot better than other states! =)

St George and Toorak Gardens are good choices.

去年今年真的房價很弱
去看的房子agent之後猛打電話就知道他捫都賣不出房子
哪個區都一樣.

之前我的親戚在burnside買的35萬房子
後來100萬賣了..

如果現在賣的話, 我估計85萬頂多吧
