现有Urbanest学生公寓房屋一间转租。

房屋类型为四人豪华间。楼层为10楼，窗外就是托伦斯河，视野开阔。独立房间独立卫生间。与两位（目前只有三人在这间公寓）室友共享厨房。室友（都是外国人，男）都非常的友好干净。

公寓配备齐全，每月40G无线网，电视，沙发，烤箱，冰箱，音响一应俱全。

Urbanest地理位置优越，步行阿大10分钟。

此类型公寓Urbanest报价294每周，但由于房主签约较早，只需280每周。合约12年12月31日到期，但可以以低价续约。

I amtransferring my contract with Urbanest Adelaide. The reason is that I want toexperience deeply the Australian culture living with a family.

Ilive in a “single ensuite room 4 person apartment”. It is in the 10thfloor with a beautiful view of the Torrens river, the Anglican Cathedral, theParliament and the sea in the horizon.

Therooms are totally private but we share the kitchen and the lounge with another3 people (male and female) but at the present time we are only 3 people in theapartment.

Myflatmates are very nice people and clean. Only one of them cooks which keep thekitchen cleaner and free basically all the time. The LCD TV is free to be usedbasically all the time as everyone is always busy.

Ilive in a Premium room which includes: 40GB wireless internet per monthincluding internet connection, all bills, fully furnished, ipod doc, TV,kettle, toaster, linen pack, kitchen pack and contents insurance.

Thecost of that in Urbanest is 294 AUD per week per person but my contract is foronly 280 AUD per week because I got an especial prize. My contract ends inDecember 31st.
