也就是说等要求你做再做了。
但具体内容里又说，If you are applying in Australia, you should provide this information with your application. 就是要和申请一起交喽。

大家好像都提前三周做了，到2年整的那天就万事俱备，上传资料了。

我是交申请的时候做的，不是等他要才做的

我想知道在寄给出的信件里除了那张表格外,是不还要有护照的复印件,以及"You must provide a certified copy of any non-photographic identification you supply as part of your application. "(这句话不解,是说不带照片的身份证明吗?那是什么啊,水电帐单?-----求各位在经验的人告之,多谢了!),并把所有的复印件都签上名即可呢?然后直接去邮局用MONEY ORDER把钱寄出就可以了?

You need to post all the following together to the AFP in Canberra:

1. Money order $43 (ask for the post office counter, and ask for the title to AFP)
2. A copy of your passport page or driver licence
3. Application form

I got the AFP certificate 5 days (incl weekend) after posted out the application.  So I would assume that it does not have to be too early to get this done, 3wks- 1 month prior to your PR appilcation will be fine.
