live in cleaner, rent $50 per week+Utitlities

Hi,

I would like to offer cheap rent to a suitable person in exchange of some cleaning work each week at my house. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped, nice new townhouse located in Glynde (east of Adelaide). The cleaner needs to pay me a bond of $500 and rent of $50 each week plus ongoing share expenses. In exchange of the cheap rent, I need you to clean at least three times a week, duty includes cleaning the common room (wiping all the surface, moping the floor etc) and cleaning the kitchen (sometimes washing dishes, wiping the cook top etc.). You need to clean the toilets at least once a week. I am expecting you to perform at least 5 hours of cleaning each week. Trial period is 1 month.

that is a good deal for the landlord.....however, no interest at all....
   1 hour cleaning work worths at least 15 dollars..1 week 3 hours week will be 45 dollars, maybe more time is needed.. what a shit deal..

don't think it's a good deal too, why pay $500 for the bond? and limited 3 days a week and 5 hours for cleaning? it 's sound like everyboday in the house rely on that person to clean it up and tidy up the house, can not imgaine what the toliet and kitchen will be.

太恶心了 拿留学生都当要饭的吗？全职清洁还要交一周50块租金 加500bond 是不是只要房子不干净或者损坏都要从这个500里面扣啊 ！！！

at least 5 hours of cleaning each week   (1 hour cleaning work worths about 15 dollars and 5 hours are about $75, 75+50(rental)=$125   $125+other Expense(maybe $20)=$145.
and $500 bond! think too high.

清洁工的工资是每小时19刀，我2年以前的清洁工就是这个价。现在不知道涨价了没有。就是还是19，5x19=95. 再加50，145，再加水电煤，就算是25，170了都。房东太会算账了吧。
