在这里住了一年，感觉非常舒适。全家具，整租。非常适合多人合租。之前我们是4个人合住，感觉非常宽敞。每个房间大小都不错，阳光充足。
现在已经去了墨尔本读master，帮忙房东发帖。

感觉整租的很少包家具~包家具省下很多麻烦~
双砖大房，中央空调暖气+区域控制。很通风的房子。

double bed 的床架和床垫都是很新的，刚搬进去的时候房东新买的，不是宜家的。

客厅2：1排沙发，电视一台，茶几，桌球台，吧台，小冰箱
客厅3：室外，但是封顶，饭桌（10人位），适合聚餐
卫浴：浴室和泡澡，厕所分开
厨房：电子炉，大冰箱，微波炉，烤炉，和锅碗瓢盆

车库：2个室内车位， driveway 有足够的位置停放4辆车

周边环境：
附近巴士站：走1分钟，150米就到了
巴士直达Uni SA East/West, 阿大门口(美术馆外面的巴士站）。走小路，不堵车。到city后走north terrace。车程大概20-35分钟（得看是繁忙还是非繁忙时间段）。
Collins Reserve（300米外）： 街头极限运动场（滑板，直排轮和单车用），街头篮球场，网球场（免费，而且有照明灯到10点），烧烤炉（免费），公园，足球场（不过好像是足球俱乐部的）
Fulham Gardens Shopping （900米外，走10分钟）： Foodland, ANZ, KFC, Pizza hut, Macdonald's, Noodle Box, Pharmacy, Target, Cheap as chips, Commonwealth, Fish and Chips, Australia POST, Bakery

地理位置是一个弯月，不在主路上，安静，最靠近的主路限速50km。附近住的是老人居多。
离grange beach 海滩 3公里左右。搭巴士5分钟吧就可以到海边散步了~
租金：580/周，包所有家具和锅碗瓢盆，包剪草，不包水电网煤（水费房东每3个月会发信来收，电网煤自己办）。
