• Close (walking distance) to everywhere such as Foodland Shopping Parafield Garden / Asian Grocery /Restaurants etc.
• 7 minutes walk to Train Station (travel time about 12-15mins to Adelaide City)
• 3 minutes walk to Bus Stop
• This house has all basic furniture and all cooking equipments are installed

Preferably anyone who is honest, clean, tidy and non-smokers (currently two students are currently staying in this hourse and both are able to speak English and Chinese).
